By accessing or using any of the services provided by Insightworks Analytics, including but not limited to Data Cleaning, Dashboard Building, Data Modelling, Data Reports, Product Design and Development, and viewing data reports, information, blogs, dashboards, and other details on our website www.insightworksanalytics.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.1. Description of Services: Insightworks Analytics offers a range of services including Data Cleaning, Dashboard Building, Data Modelling, Data Reports, and Product Design and Development. These services are provided to assist Clients in analysing and visualizing data for their business needs.

Data Source:  The data used in our reports, dashboards, and other services is sourced from publicly available information, including government sites, company official records, and legitimate dataset sites. We do not use any data obtained through unauthorized means or violate any privacy regulations.

2.1. Data Usage: Insightworks Analytics respects data privacy and confidentiality. Any data provided by the Client for the purpose of rendering our services will be used solely for the intended purpose and will not be shared with any third parties without prior consent.

4.1. Accuracy of Data: While Insightworks Analytics makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in our reports and dashboards, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data. Clients should verify the information independently.

 

4.2. No Responsibility for Data: Insightworks Analytics operates as a service and information provider. We do not take responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the data used in our services. Clients understand that any decisions based on the data are made at their own risk.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

5.1. No Liability for Damages: In no event shall Insightworks Analytics be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including data reports, dashboards, and other materials.

 

6. Governing Law

 

6.1. Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
